Behind BE-X

Our Founder & CEO, Rebecca Craig brings over a decade of experience across global markets. She has a strong track-record of building and leading diverse, disparate teams in hyper-growth environments, coaching and consulting to businesses across industries, setting strategic vision and delivering business outcomes with operational excellence.

Prior to founding Be-X, Rebecca held key roles within a number of disruptive organisations including LinkedIn, Korn/Ferry and Elevate Education. These talent-centric, results-driven, innovative, hyper-growth environments allowed her to problem solve, pioneer and execute new and exciting solutions. 

Rebecca brings extensive experience and an unrivaled commitment to work with individuals, teams and organisations to help them accelerate through transformation towards success.
